    • Synopsis
    • SORRY follows Reggie, a struggling Long Beach rapper, whose lucky break collides with chaos. He wakes up to a flirtatious message from a Tinder match and a favor request from his neighbor to feed a cat, but his day quickly derails when his best friend Mark calls in a panic. Mark has just fled the home of a married woman he’s sleeping with Samantha, whose husband, John, is already on his way back. Reggie picks him up, and on the way, discovers he’s won the K.N.O.X. Emerging Artist Competition. His track will debut on-air that night. Mark insists they celebrate. But Mark’s troubles aren’t over: he owes money to Vincent, a dangerous dealer who believes Mark set him up. As drugs and old lies surface, tensions rise. Vincent, John, and others; including Reggie’s Tinder date, begin to descend on Mark’s house, each with their own agenda. No one makes it inside. Confrontations explode on the lawn. Reggie is caught in the middle of debts, betrayals, and violence he didn’t create. SORRY is a tense, real-time ensemble tragedy about the weight of decisions, the people we trust, and the lives we ruin trying to outrun the truth. Shot entirely on iPhone with no crew or budget, it captures Long Beach with raw, unfiltered intimacy.

SORRY is a first feature that announces a singular voice and vision. Gritty, intimate, and honest, it puts Long Beach on screen in a way few films have. A layered character study disguised as a hangout film, building tension until it violently explodes.
