    • Synopsis
    • Ana, 18, is a brilliant handball player and a top student who’s traded her acting dreams for a future in chemistry, following her father’s path. Beneath her controlled surface, she hides deep anxiety, obsessively documenting her life on her smartphone and only trusting statistics. Her family's middle-class comfort masks emotional coldness—until the arrival of her terminally ill, authoritarian and patriarchal grandmother shatters the fragile balance. Ana is forced out of her room and into the reluctant role of caretaker, as summer heat intensifies and wildfires draw closer.
Soon, a new force disrupts the household: Marko, Ana’s charismatic and seductive coach. The entire family becomes entranced—her mother Mila abandons her academic daily job to follow him, and her father Kosta, spiraling into addiction and failure, is equally drawn in. The family dynamic devolves into a strange triangle of jealousy, obsession, and silent rivalry. Ana, both fascinated and disturbed, watches it unfold through her phone’s lens. Seeking escape, she turns to Bojan, a rich, aimless boy—but her attempt at intimacy brings no peace, only discomfort. As emotions boil over and the grandmother dies under unclear circumstances, Ana and Mila flee to the coast after her burial. But the fires—both real and symbolic—follow. When flames engulf their escape, Ana captures the destruction. Was Marko behind it all? In a world collapsing under pressure, Ana is left to find clarity in the chaos.
