- A decade ago, a series of murders rocked the western suburbs, with Charles being wrongly convicted for the crimes. Ten years later, new bodies are discovered, including the foster care institution director. Charles, recently released, becomes the prime suspect once again. It emerges that Charles killed the institution director, seeking justice for the sexual abuse suffered by a classmate.
