- Synopsis
- Neveene, as an Egyptian filmmaker and activist, fights daily to reflect the situation in Egypt despite the risks of being an independent filmmaker. She lives in a country where actions against women and artists have increased after the revolution.
  Neveene decides to follow the movement "Tamarud" which started a few months by young Egyptians who refused Morsi presidency and his government. They gave Morsi June 30 ultimatum to overthrow his regime.
  As her family is politically divided and unfavorable to any participation in the protests in Tahrir Square, she shares a minimum of information about her filming activities.
  She had to announce to her mother that she is scheduling to travel to Port Said to cover the protest "Tamarud" in stead of Cairo.
  A real discomfort arises within the family embarrassing Neveen to take such risks.
  The next day, taking a taxi to get to the station she meets Samir, an experienced taxi driver that loves and knows very well Cairo.
  Exchanges between Samir and Neveen show that the driver is a passionate Morsi supporter without being fervent religious.
