- A Long Way Home follows Pan Zhaode, a rural youth navigating life in Baisha, Chongqing, during reverse migration and the pandemic. The 3-year project intimately portrays his daily struggle balancing work at a local distillery with caring for his elderly father, mentally ill mother, and two daughters after his wife left.
