Description
Hosting its 60th edition in 2026 and selling over 120 000 tickets every year, the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival is the largest and most prestigious film event in Central and Eastern Europe. Established in 1946, KVIFF annually presents around 180 films in two competitions and numerous informative sidebars. With an extensive industry programme, it is considered the most important event in the region by filmmakers, buyers, distributors, sales agents, and journalists.
