FILMSTOP is a boutique Baltic distribution company, focused on acclaimed arthouse and auteur cinema. Its releases have included Triangle of Sadness by Ruben Östlund and Fallen Leaves by Aki Kaurismäki among others. All together FILMSTOP has released 22 titles so far. FILMSTOP’s upcoming slate continues this focus on strong directors with Butterfly Jam by Kantemir Balagov, selected for the 2026 Cannes. And still in production Ruben Östlund's upcoming film THE ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM IS DOWN.
