Expertise France is the French public agency for international development cooperation. It is a subsidiary of the Agence Française de Développement (AFD). Its mission is to strengthen public policies in its partner countries in a sustainable way. Working alongside public actors, civil society, and the private sector, it designs and implement projects that stimulate innovation and reinforce their actions to benefit everyone, especially in the field of the content industry.
