Description
Dancing Atoms is a boutique animation and live-action development studio building a slate of original features, shorts, and TV series that bridge Asian and global storytellers. Founded by Saraswathi 'Vani' Balgam (former executive at Rhythm & Hues Studios and DreamWorks Animation), the studio develops culturally rooted, internationally crafted content. Flagship: Neelu, an 82-min 2D animated feature in active financing for a 2027 start, with co-pro partners in France, Belgium, and Spain.
Objective
Looking to expand financing, sales, and distribution partnerships for a slate of 8 features in development across animated and live-action formats. Particular interest in EU co-production structures (existing partners in France/Belgium/Spain), animation-savvy international sales agents, and equity/impact investors aligned with our Daughters of Tomorrow social-impact thesis. Open to consulting and services engagements for AI, immersive, writing, and directing.
